DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

I take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at info@desireedavisstudio.com with the following:

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

COMMISSIONED MURALS

Commission agreements are outlined in a separate contract signed prior to the start of any project. All deposits are non-refundable. Please refer to your commission contract for full terms.
